Designed to be used with a 44-2 scintillation probe and GM meter, this device is shielded with 1/4" lead on six sides to reduce background scatter. The pull out tray allows for a wipe sample to be placed in close proximity (~5 mm) to the scintillation probe. The precise fit of the probe within the chamber allows for consistent geometry from sample to sample.
